Clubs Suit: Physical Wellness Doesn't Have to Be Extreme

Quick reminder for everyone tackling Clubs (physical wellness) cards: you don't need to run a marathon or do 100 pushups. Some of my favorite Clubs tasks have been: - A 10-minute walk around the block - Stretching for 5 minutes before bed - Drinking an extra glass of water - Taking the stairs instead of the elevator Small, consistent actions beat intense one-time efforts every time. What's your favorite low-key physical wellness habit?
