By creating an account or using The 52-Card Challenge ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

To access certain features, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Manus OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

The Service offers subscription plans with a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to all features at no cost. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing premium features.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at each renewal period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing cycle.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the community features
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service content
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account

Content you submit through the Service (journal entries, custom challenges, community posts) remains yours. However, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, card system, The 52-Card Challenge™ methodology, challenge descriptions, suit categories (Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, Spades) and their associated wellness themes, tier system, card algorithms, coaching frameworks, gendered growth tracks, dream journaling system, and all software code, is the exclusive property of Daily Growth 52 and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks. "Daily Growth 52," "The 52-Card Challenge," the Daily Growth 52 logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Daily Growth 52. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Copyright. All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, card designs, task descriptions, wellness prompts, blog articles, coaching materials, and software, is the copyrighted property of Daily Growth 52 or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Limited License. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the Service
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform any part of the Service
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods
• Scrape, download, or cache any content from the Service for commercial use
• Create a competing product or service based on the Service's concepts, methods, or content

AI-Generated Content. AI-generated content (journal prompts, insights, wellness plans, affirmations) provided through the Service is generated for your personal use only. You may use this content for personal purposes but may not commercially redistribute, resell, or repurpose it.

User Content. You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, dream descriptions, forum posts). However, by posting content to public areas of the Service (community forum, leaderboards), you grant Daily Growth 52 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

DMCA & Copyright Complaints. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Enforcement. Any unauthorized use of the Service or its content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available, including but not limited to injunctive relief, actual damages, and statutory damages under the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 504).
